All villas are equipped with a smart home system controllable via a mobile app for electronic access control and visitor monitoring when absent. Each villa has two doors – one rear door for skating/biking and a front door leading to the garage.
Payment plan: 10% initial payment, 30% until handover, and 60% cash or bank financing upon completion. Maintenance fees are AED 3 per square foot. Delivery by 2025/2026.
